How is quality control managed?
Every single optic module is individually tested in our test center, and also tested for compatibility on a variety of different network equipments.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, we can provide samples for you to check the quality.
How about the payment terms?
We accept T/T, western union, Alibaba order...
What is the lead time?
For usual order, we keep stock, could ship about 3 days after receiving the payment. For big quantity & special products, please check lead time with our sales team.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
